END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between BN Type Foundry ("Licensor") and the purchaser or user ("Licensee") governing the use of the font software ("Font Software").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Font Software, the Licensee agrees to be bound by this Agreement.

If the Licensee does not agree to these terms, the Font Software may not be installed or used.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, BN Type Foundry grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Font Software solely as expressly permitted herein.

No ownership rights are transferred.

2. Ownership

The Font Software is licensed, not sold.

BN Type Foundry retains all copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, source files, outlines, naming rights, and all other ownership interests in the Font Software.

Purchasing a license grants only the right to use the Font Software under this Agreement.

3. Standard Desktop License

Unless otherwise stated, every paid font purchase includes a Standard Desktop License for one (1) individual user.

The Standard Desktop License permits the Licensee to:

Install the Font Software on devices owned or controlled by the licensed user.

Create commercial and personal design work.

Create logos, branding, packaging, printed materials, advertisements, websites (as static graphics), and social media content.

Produce finished artwork for clients.

Register trademarks created using the Font Software.

The Standard Desktop License does not permit multiple users to install or access the Font Software.

4. Additional User Licenses

If more than one individual requires access to the Font Software, the Licensee must purchase an Additional User License.

User licenses are available for:

Up to 5 Users

Up to 10 Users

Up to 25 Users

Up to 50 Users

Up to 100 Users

All licensed users must belong to the same legal entity.

Separate companies, subsidiaries, contractors, freelancers, or clients require their own license unless expressly authorized.

5. Webfont License

A Webfont License permits the Font Software to be embedded on one website owned or operated by the Licensee using industry-standard webfont technologies.

Reasonable measures must be taken to prevent extraction or redistribution of the Font Software.

Each additional website requires its own license unless otherwise agreed.

6. Production License

A Production License permits integration of the Font Software into internal production environments, including but not limited to:

Backend software

Server environments

Internal document generation

Personalization systems

Manufacturing workflows

Laser engraving

CNC systems

Variable data printing

Production automation

This license does not authorize public redistribution of the Font Software.

7. App & Game License

An App & Game License permits embedding the Font Software into one software application or game.

The Font Software must not be accessible for extraction, copying, or independent use by end users.

Each separately distributed application requires its own license.

8. Broadcast License

A Broadcast License permits use of the Font Software in:

Television

Film

Streaming productions

Commercial advertising

Motion graphics

Video productions

The license covers one production unless otherwise agreed.

9. Client Work

The Licensee may create work on behalf of clients.

Clients may receive finished artwork.

If a client requires ongoing use, editing, or installation of the Font Software, the client must obtain an appropriate license from BN Type Foundry.

10. Backup Copies

The Licensee may create a reasonable number of backup copies solely for archival purposes.

Backup copies remain subject to this Agreement.

11. Modifications

The Licensee may modify the Font Software solely for internal use where technically necessary.

Modified versions may not be sold, shared, distributed, or represented as original BN Type Foundry products.

All derivative works remain subject to this Agreement.

12. Restrictions

The Licensee shall not:

Redistribute the Font Software.

Sell or sublicense the Font Software.

Upload the Font Software to publicly accessible servers.

Include the Font Software in downloadable templates.

Share the Font Software with unlicensed users.

Convert the Font Software into another format for redistribution.

Reverse engineer the Font Software except where expressly permitted by law.

Remove copyright or licensing notices.

Claim ownership of the Font Software.

13. Transfer

Licenses are non-transferable unless prior written consent is provided by BN Type Foundry.

14. Reservation of Rights

Any rights not expressly granted under this Agreement are reserved exclusively by BN Type Foundry.

15. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Font Software, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.

16. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Font Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BN Type Foundry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Font Software.

BN Type Foundry's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable license.

18. Termination

This Agreement automatically terminates upon breach of any provision.

Upon termination, the Licensee shall immediately cease use of the Font Software and destroy all copies.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

20. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Font Software and supersedes all prior communications relating to its subject matter.

My license is pretty straight forward, You can do any kind of design work with this font family, including logo/trademarks design. The font may be used in e-publications, digital mediums, video and social media.

You may not sell this font without permission. You may not redistribute or break the font license terms without permission. You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on this font.

To access all glyphs/characters in a typeface, simply go to TYPE>GLYPHS in any adobe program or google: “How to access alternate font characters in XXXXX”

I do not offer trial fonts at this moment.

I do not, but this is top priority for me right now! This is also part of the reason why I’ve priced my fonts to be more affordable for the time being.

I do not at this moment, but I have no problem with you converting them yourself. If you do this, please still keep the type files to yourself :).
